Kristine Kelly exudes confidence and poise well beyond her young age. Her stunning looks, amiable personality, and immense talent have landed her international modeling and acting jobs. Her exotic look comes from her mother, who is mexican and Russian, and her father, who is Irish. Kelly believes her mixed heritage has helped her modeling and acting career. "My heritage has offered me more opportunities," Kelly said. Kelly has learned from unauthentic people in the business. "Negative energy can set you back. The reflection of people around you should be positive," Kelly said. A turning point in her life occurred when she was involved in a traffic accident while filming an ESPN commercial in New York. "It was a very spiritual moment for me. I realized I am still living for a reason, and life can be taken away at any moment,” she said. She would not change anything about herself or her life. “Everything I have gone through has made me what I am,” she added.
Prior to Kristine Kelly's modeling and acting career, she freelanced as a Script Supervisor, Production Coordinator and Production Manager for film and television productions and post-productions to include: Warner Brothers, NBC, ABC, MTV, Columbia Pictures, Comedy Central, NBA Entertainment, ESPN, Arts & Entertainment Network, Telemundo, BET, etc. Kristine Kelly has appeared in ad campaigns and commercials for Toyota, Urban Outfitters, Arden B, Nextel, Goldwell, Dynamix Fitness Magazine, Gold’s Gym, Trim Spa, Showtime Next, Boscov’s, Ashton Hall, Mervis Diamonds, etc.
One of her mentors along the way was Poet, Mark Craver, M..F.A., who challenged Kristine as an artist: “I think it's our job as poets, to write about the things we do and make them into art. The most mundane things-its really our reaction to them that is important, not what they are. We tend to think that we have to write about things that are really of utmost importance, when in fact the things that we cherish the most are the smallest things that happen on a day to day mundane basis."-Mark Craver, M.F.A
